"I am very pleased with my experience at State Farm in Stillwater. It's a great service. Thank you! Edit 2024:I’ve been a loyal State Farm customer for years, but the service has gone downhill. I've had ongoing issues accessing my account despite resetting my password multiple times, both on my own and with representatives. The real problem is not being addressed. On top of that, I had a payment issue where I was told my account couldn’t be used, yet the next month, funds were suddenly withdrawn from that same account without explanation. Customer service has been frustrating—when I call for help, I get transferred to an AI system that loops me back to the same representative. Even the "direct number" provided doesn’t resolve anything. After months of this, I’ve lost faith in the company and decided to take my business elsewhere."

"Dude will jack your monthly fees up and not explain a thing. No accidents or tickets in the last 5 years. My bill has literally gone from $70 a month, to $120 in a year or two!!!. Scam!"

"Once you sign up, don't expect to ever hear from them again. They sent predatory contractors to my house after I called them about storm damage and the contractor (Buildtec Contracting) filed what could be considered a fraudulently induced claim against my home policy. No calls received from Dan or the team during the claim. Also, don't bother using them unless you live in Stillwater - if you live in another part of the Twin Cities metro area they act confused and pretend you live in another country. If you do use them, you should really consider going somewhere better. They are expensive comparatively and don't offer good service (or any meaningful service at all really). I finally had to drop them when instead of my agent (Dan or Brian) calling me about my renewal to explain the new pricing, they had someone I had never spoken to (Bri) start texting me about it. Maybe pick up the phone next time if you want to get paid. They processed my cancellation in a flash though - they must have experience in that area."

"I was noticing some changes in rates so. Called in and spoke with Brianna. She was so helpful!. She reviewed our account and noticed that one drive safe beacon was off. She quickly ordered another one and we are back to saving cash. Thx Brianna!"

"Nothing like being lied too I made some changes so I could save some money. Turns out those changes ended up costing me more money because I wasn't told about how my policy was set up. But when I asked why I didn't know about it. I was told I was being done a favor so when I asked for it to be put back to the way it was so I could go back to the lower price. I was told they can do it Dan and his crew. only care about money if you can't afford it, not their problem. They'll manipulate and lie just to get you to spend more and then if you catch them in a lie, they'll tell another lie to cover it up. I would highly suggest you find a different insurance company"
